0845 diversion to VoIP Number simply means that 0845 xxx xxxx is diverted to your UK VoIP line number starting 01 or 02.

For 03, 070, 0800, 0871, 0870, 0844, 0845 Divert to VoIP you will need to setup a 01xxx or 02xxx VOIP number with your Voice Over IP provider.
