Call reports and statistics are available for all non-geographic 03, 070, 0800, 0871, 0870, 0844, 0845 numbers.

- First 8 digits of Caller ID for each call received.

- Cost for each call received (0800 numbers and Mobile Diversions).
- Time band for each call received (Peak, off-peak, Weekend).
- Weekday for each call received (Mon-Sun).
- Can be sorted by any column.

To order the Advanced Reports and Statistics service for your Non-Geographic Number:
- Go to "My Account" section of the website

- Click on the "Order Advanced Reports and Statistics" link from the left menu under the title "REPORTS AND STATISTICS"
- Choose the number or numbers for which you wish to order the Advanced Reports and Statistics service
- Follow the on screen instructions
