Service Description - Additional CCR call plan options
Additional CCR call plan options can be added to the CCR specification if you have more than 3 land line numbers you wish to use. You can have up to 3 extra CCR call plan options on top of the basic CCR specification.
How to order Additional CCR call plan options:
This add-on is available during the Customer Controlled Routing setup. This add-on can be combined with Busy Voicemail for CCR and Voicemail as a last CCR call plan option.
